As a part of the Black History celebration Pastor Conaway used a hymn that was popular among the Ancestors to encourage God's people to accept the charge committed to us in this generation to reach lost souls for Christ and fight the good fight of faith as we wrestle against the forces of evil in the world around us. When we consider the trials our Ancestors endured in this country, we are inspired to be proactive in doing the will of our Heavenly Father. We have a charge to keep and a Helper who empowers us to keep it.
